Audio & production
The Audio & Production team plays a vital role in creating an excellent worship experience. From managing the soundboard, adjusting microphones, and monitoring in-ear systems, to running lighting and livestreams, this team ensures that all technical aspects are handled seamlessly so people can connect with God without distractions.
As we’re currently in the process of upgrading our technology (including digital soundboards, in-ear monitors, and more), we need team members who are not only willing to learn new systems but also help train and teach others. Whether you’re diving into new tools or sharing your knowledge with the team, your role is essential for keeping everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, consistent, and passionate about technology and its ability to enhance worship. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to grow and teach with new equipment, this is the team for you.
Campus maintenance
This team helps care for the physical space of the church with excellence. From cleaning, organizing, and repairs indoors, to maintaining the building and grounds outside, they ensure the church is safe, clean, and ready for ministry.
If you enjoy hands-on work and serving behind the scenes, this is the team for you.
dance
This team ministers through movement with passion, power, and purpose. Through expressive, prophetic, and joyful dance, they help lead the congregation into deeper encounters with God. Dance is a form of worship that transcends words and releases freedom and breakthrough in the atmosphere.
If you love to dance before the Lord and use your body as an instrument of worship, you belong here.
event planning
Behind every special moment is a team that planned it with purpose. This group helps coordinate church events, celebrations, conferences, and gatherings—from vision and logistics to decor and day-of details. Whether you're an organizer, a creative thinker, or someone who just loves making people feel celebrated, this team plays a huge role in the culture and joy of our community.
If you’re detail-oriented, love bringing people together, and thrive under a to-do list, this team is for you.
guest experience
Be the warm welcome that makes people feel like they belong from the moment they arrive! This team includes parking lot greeters, door greeters, and lobby hosts, all working together to create an atmosphere of joy, hospitality, and care.
They also handle new guest follow-up, help lead our monthly New Member Lunch, and guide people toward getting connected in the church.

kids
This team helps raise up the next generation to know and love Jesus. Volunteers create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can grow in faith, worship freely, and learn biblical truths. Whether you're teaching, assisting, helping with check-in, or simply being a consistent face in a child’s life, you’re making a lasting difference.
If you have a heart for kids and a desire to help them discover their identity in Christ, this is the team for you.
Marketing & media
The Marketing & Media team helps share what God is doing in and through our church—both in-house and online. This ministry combines creativity and strategy to communicate our message through social media, photography, videography, graphic design, and digital content.
Whether you’re behind a camera capturing powerful moments, designing visuals for upcoming events, writing captions, or managing social platforms, your work helps people stay connected, inspired, and informed.
As our church grows, we’re looking for creative, reliable, and collaborative individuals who are excited about telling the story of Jesus through modern tools. If you're skilled in design, social media, writing, video, or photography—or even just eager to learn—this is a ministry where your creativity can truly make an impact.
music
The Music Team exists to lead our church into the presence of God through praise and worship. If you sing or play an instrument, this is a place to offer your gifts to the Lord and serve others in powerful worship moments. The team serves during services, events, and rehearsals, working together to create a spiritually rich and excellent worship environment.
If you have musical talent and a heart for worship, this is where your passion meets purpose.
Outreach
Be the hands and feet of Jesus outside the walls of the church. This team leads and supports our efforts to serve the community, from food and clothing drives to block parties, street ministry, and prayer drive thru's. It’s about meeting people where they are with the love, compassion, and truth of Christ.
If you have a heart to reach the lost, serve those in need, and represent Jesus in the streets, this is your mission field.
Prayer
Stand in the gap and help build a foundation of faith through intercession. This team covers services, people, and events in prayer—before, during, and after they happen—creating an atmosphere where God's presence can move freely.
In addition, special deliverance-focused classes are led by Pastor Elsie, offering deep spiritual insight and breakthrough for those facing spiritual battles. This ministry is one of the main reasons believers and non-believers alike travel from across the Northeast to encounter healing, freedom, and transformation at our church.
